The Shelter Animal Rescue Act

Silent killing

The Shelter Animal Rescue Act (SARA) is a key component of CAPA - the Companion Animal Protection Act. SARA is the the Rescue Rights provision that comes word-for-word from CAPA. SARA would empower rescues to save lives on demand.

The Companion Animal Protection Act (CAPA) would end the killing of healthy and treatable animals forever.
