Spay-Neuter-Kill (SNK): NYCACC/ASPCA's cruel and wasteful practice
This practice by the ACC in collaboration with the ASPCA is cruel to animals and wasteful of taxpayer dollars. Spay-Neuter-Kill is supposedly being investigated by the New York State Attorney General, however Tish James is not an independent elected official.

End the killing and spay-neuter-kill at NYC Animal Care & Control.

Dogs and cats may suffer from botched surgery at the hands of the ASPCA,
are then returned to the unsanitary ACC shelter environment
ultimately to get stressed and sick and euthanized
rather than properly treated for their illnesses.

ASPCA awarded their legacy humane award to the ACC while Bleu was killed.
During the afternoon of 11-15-2018, while the ASPCA awarded the 2018 Henry Bergh Humane Award to the ACC, the ACC killed Bleu, after overdosing him with Trazodone.
